Kestrels News 25 September

The Kestrels loved having Harold visit again this week with our ‘in house’ Life Ed lesson. They were experts on our feelings and recognising how they make our bodies feel. They also learnt about how eating healthy food to give us lots of energy and where it travels through the digestive system. Finally they discussed how important it is to have a good sleep to keep us happy and in a good mood.
