Foundation Base News 25 September

The Foundation Base enjoyed meeting Harold on Wednesday and learnt all about how to keep ourselves healthy. They learnt that we need to eat and drink healthy foods and drinks like water and milk and that milk helps us build strong bones and teeth. They know that having a good night sleep is important to help us grow and that exercise is also important when being healthy!
