Year 5 Leeson House Residential

Last week our Year 5s spent 2 nights away at Leeson House. Whilst there, the children went on a picturesque hike where they heard lots of stories about the history of the surroundings, found a crested newt pond dipping, braved the dark during night orienteering, explored fossils and rocks, and even learnt how to track animals. They also had to make their beds, hoover their rooms and tidy the dinner table developing their independence. They all had a fantastic time together.
