Summer Term fun in Kestrel Class 2026!

What an action packed term, we had so much fun and what glorious weather we have had!

Kestrel class went on a farm trip to Launceston Farm where the children looked at the importance of a working organic farm, the children got to experience pond dipping, classifying and identifying certain wildlife they had found and observing the cattle that the farm used as part of their organic beef production. The children then got to bake their own bread using a local mill's organic flour.

The children all had the best time in our school swimming pool with up to 3 lessons a week. The children got to experience a range of different swimming strokes, water safety and water confidence. It was so much fun.
