Mr Phillips- Civil engineer

 

Mr Phillips kindly gave up his morning to come and talk to all of the children about engineering. The children had such a wonderful time listening to him. He explained what civil engineers do, the different types of engineers there are, what they all do and what would happen if we didn't have them. He also talked about why he wanted to be an engineer and how he became one. The children again listened brilliantly and asked some wonderful questions to further their knowledge. Thank you very much to Mr Phillips for giving up his time and as he said in his presentation, we are sure there are some future superhero structural engineers in the making.
