Spring term
Here is a little snapshot of what we have been up to this term:
- PTFA Easter Bingo
- Bags to School
- Red Nose Day
- World Book Day
- Science Week
- EYFS playground opening
- We welcomed 2 new families
- Pyramid sport matches - dodgeball, netball and football
- Premier Education for sports Friday afternoon. archery and volleyball After School Club
- Engagement cricket day
- Escape Lines presentations for KS2 children and parents
- SATs workshops for parents
- Bubble workshop with Squidge and Pop and wear a rainbow to school day supporting children’s mental health week
- 4 members of staff attended paediatric first aid training
- Class trips, Hawks to Tutankhamun museum and Kestrels to Upton Country Park
- Eagles Level 1 & 2 bikeability
- French Language day
- Easter service in church, assemblies with Mr Carr and Deacon Rebekah-Joy
- Break the rules day
- Forest school
- Music lessons with Dorset Music Service for flute and guitar and private piano tuition with Kingsley
- Chinese New Year celebrations
- A Viking Day for Eagles
- Our new Director of Education, Amanda Davis, visited the school to end our wonderful term.
Thank you for all of your support. Have a lovely Easter with your loved ones and I look forward to seeing you all on 17th April for the summer term. Let's hope that the sun starts to shine and we can open the pool shortly afterwards.
