Autumn Term in Eagles

Date: 29th Sep 2026 @ 5:04pm

What a busy start to the new school year! It has been wonderful to see so many smiling faces back at school.

We have enjoyed playing getting to know you games, creating artwork for displays in our classroom and around the school, and beginning all of our exciting topics for this term.

In Science, we have been exploring electricity through a range of investigations, including creating our own circuits. Our Geography and Design and Technology (DT) topics have linked closely as we have explored food packaging to identify the miles our food travels before we eat it, while also investigating and tasting seasonal foods in DT. In Music, we have been learning to play the glockenspiel and have enjoyed improvising and composing our own pieces.

We are looking forward to continuing our learning and discovering even more exciting things throughout the term.
